Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Mimusa, you agree to these terms. Mimusa is operated at mimusa.app. Mimusa is operated by Julián Ballén.

Mimusa is a digital closet: you photograph what you own, save looks that inspire you, and Mimusa matches pieces from your own closet to a look you pick. Outfit suggestions are just that: suggestions, not guarantees of style, fit, or availability.

• You need to be at least 16 years old to use Mimusa.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for what gets uploaded to your account.

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading, you give Mimusa a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of the service, nothing more.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. If you choose to share a look publicly in Discover, you're confirming you have the right to share it. It's not your photo, so only share what you have permission to share.

Sharing to Discover is opt-in, per item, and off by default. Once shared, other users can see it and use it as inspiration. You can stop sharing an item, or delete it entirely, at any time.

Every shared item has a report option. We review reports and remove content that violates someone else's rights or these terms.

Basic is free. Essentials is a paid plan with additional features (unlimited background removal, smart closet matching). On iOS, Essentials is purchased as an in-app subscription billed by Apple under Apple's own terms, not by Mimusa directly. As of this policy's date, paid billing isn't active yet, so nothing is charged today. When it goes live, pricing will be shown clearly before you're charged anything.

• No uploading illegal content, or photos of pieces or people you don't have the right to share.
• No abusing, scraping, or reverse-engineering the service.
• No using Mimusa to harass, impersonate, or infringe on someone else's rights.

Every photo you upload, garment or inspiration, is screened automatically before it's stored; one that isn't safe for a general audience or isn't genuinely a clothing/outfit photo is rejected outright, with a reason shown to you. For inspiration photos, which are shared publicly in Discover, genuine policy violations (not honest mistakes like the wrong photo) are also logged against your account, and repeated violations may limit or suspend it; a garment upload rejected the same way is not, since your closet is private and no one else is exposed to it.

You can delete your account at any time from Account, then Cuenta, then Delete account. This permanently removes your data, immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Mimusa is provided as-is. We don't guarantee the AI's categorization or matching will always be accurate, and we're not liable for styling decisions you make based on its suggestions.

These terms are governed by Spanish and EU law.

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you directly.
